JMR Office Services is owned and operated by Joanne Marcia Roomey.

Joanne Marcia Roomey is an experienced Administrative Professional with a wide array of skills and expertise in administrative, legal and bookkeeping support. Joanne’s career began as a typist doing word processing for the Shawmut Bank of Boston. She later became a Legal Administrative Assistant for 20+ years. Joanne advanced her career into the technical field as a Certified Help Desk Professional, MIS Coordinator and an IT Support Technician for prestigious Boston-based firms including Jackson Lewis LLP and Holland & Knight LLP. Along with her leadership of JMR Office Services, Joanne is a Paralegal for the City of Salem's Legal Department.

Education

Joanne holds an Associates Degree from North Shore Community College in Legal Administration; has earned high-honor certificates in Computer Applications, Help Desk Professional and ABA approved Paralegal courses.

Experience

Joanne is a skilled problem-solver, is highly organized and is able to provide timely and varied office services. Current clients include independent contractors together with sole practioners.
